Happy Birthday Finland!

This is my country. I'm proud to say I'm Finnish. My belated, dear grandfather (Ossi-pappa) fought in the WWII and because of him and many others, our country is independent and filled with happy citizens who now get to celebrate our 100th independence day on the 6 of December 2017.
My sincerest thanks to our war veterans, without them we wouldn't be celebrating now.

My heart is filled with gratitude and my respect because of what you did, you put yourselves on the line of fire, to make sure we are safe to day. Please know, it's not something we take for granted. We know that you sacrificed a lot. You will never be forgotten.




To honor my country's 100th birthday I put together a photo collage, this is my tribute to my country,
